How does annual billing work? +
Every tier can be billed annually for 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10). Most customers choose annual once they see it.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro? +
Starter covers the full funnel — funnels, journeys, cohorts, hygiene diagnostics — for a single team. Pro adds the AI analyst, real-time anomaly alerts, Hygiene Actions, and warehouse export. Most customers land on Pro.
Can we start on Starter and upgrade later? +
Yes, anytime — upgrading is a plan change, not a new implementation. Your funnel, journeys, and history carry over unchanged.
Do you require a long-term contract? +
